Thanks Dan and Staff for the annual review. The forecasting for retirement and the software used was very illustrative and useful to understand. We met with Tracey Corbett on Monday night the 9th September. Tracey has a perfect balance of being friendly and remaining professional. This is so important in this digital age where we don't all "subscribe" to the virtual meeting, but require the face to face time, so any questions or issues can be discussed, clarified and corrected.
Despite meeting in the late afternoon Tracy had all the time in the world, and at no point did we feel "rushed"
